Scott Lee joins Human8’s UK leadership as Senior Director and Global Head of Experience
After more than 20 years building Human8’s business across Asia, Scott Lee joins the UK leadership team and continues to shape the company’s global thinking in the Experience domain.

Human8 today announces the appointment of Scott Lee as Senior Director, Marketing Insights Consultancy and Global Head of Experience. From July 2026, Scott will be based in the UK after more than two decades building and growing Human8’s business across the APAC region.
Scott brings over 30 years of marketing and insight experience across London and Hong Kong, partnering with organisations including HSBC, Prudential, Standard Chartered, Zurich, Cathay Pacific and Mandarin Oriental to establish and deliver branded insight communities and excellence in customer experience. In 2012, he founded ABN Impact to bring community‑driven insight to Asia, a business that later became part of Human8. Scott brings deep expertise in customer experience design and is a well known thought leader on marketing, brand growth and evolving consumer expectations. In his global role, Scott will support clients in creating more personalised journeys and signature moments, working closely with teams across markets to help brands deliver with consistency and impact.
Scott’s addition to the UK business will help strengthen the senior team as he works closely with clients to help them navigate new growth levers, changing consumer expectations and the impact of AI. As brands increasingly struggle to stand out and deliver growth, Human8’s unique combination of human and cultural insight is increasingly relevant and in demand. The additional of AI powered Twin Communities to Human8’s offer complements their long established expertise in communities, closeness and experience.
Scott will report to Jane Bloomfield, Managing Director UK, and will work alongside the senior team across Human8 and Space Doctors.
