Jane Bloomfield brings extensive leadership experience across brand consultancy, insights, and analytics. Her career includes senior roles such as Global CMO at Landor, Chief Growth Officer for Kantar UK, and Chief Commercial Officer at Insight222. With this background, Jane is uniquely positioned to help Human8 combine cultural insight with human understanding, empowering brands to create strategies that truly resonate.
Under Jane’s leadership, Human8 will strengthen collaboration between its three UK offices — London, Manchester, and Brighton — and deepen integration with Space Doctors, its cultural strategy consultancy based in Brighton. This alignment will enable clients to benefit from a holistic approach that blends strategic insight with cultural intelligence.
The UK business enters this new chapter with strong momentum, including a recent MRS Award win for Business Impact with Nationwide. Human8 partners with a diverse portfolio of established and emerging brands, including Haleon, Co-op, Avanti West Coast and Nestlé, driving measurable impact through human-centric strategies.
Jane will lead a senior team comprising:

- Cato Hunt & Gareth Lewis, Co-Managing Directors for Space Doctors
- James Williams, Head of Operations
