Human8 appoints Asha Pope as People & Culture Director in the US
Pope brings a decade of extensive experience in human resources and organisational development, having previously held leadership roles at Dutchie and Rapid Finance.

In her new role at Human8, Asha Pope will focus on driving engagement and culture-building initiatives across the company’s US teams. She will be responsible for workforce planning, career frameworks, and talent reviews, with a commitment to developing and enabling leaders within the organisation.
Pope’s background includes the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and the launch of leadership development programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organisational Psychology.
