In her new role at Human8, Asha Pope will focus on driving engagement and culture-building initiatives across the company’s US teams. She will be responsible for workforce planning, career frameworks, and talent reviews, with a commitment to developing and enabling leaders within the organisation.

Pope’s background includes the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and the launch of leadership development programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organisational Psychology.

“I’m passionate about helping develop and enable leaders to be their absolute best for their teams,” Pope stated. “I believe in advocacy and showing up fully in the workplace, leading with grace while valuing authenticity, equity, and creating inclusive spaces where people can thrive just as they are.”
