Human8 today announces the appointment of Mark Alvarez as Global Head of Shared Services, effective immediately. In this role, Mark expands his responsibilities beyond Head of Operations APAC to support the next phase of the company’s transformation.

The appointment reflects Mark’s strong track record in the business and the strategic importance of Shared Services within Human8. He will work in partnership with Alexandra Ferencz, Senior Director, Shared Services. Together, they will lead the continued rollout and integration of this model across the organisation.

Shared Services marks a shift toward a simpler, more connected operating model, with AI-powered workflows integrated at a global scale. This approach enables clearer ownership, faster delivery, and greater consistency across markets. By streamlining ways of working and ensuring the right expertise is applied where it matters most, Shared Services enhances collaboration more effectively and drives more efficient, high-quality delivery worldwide.
